Notes the annual report for 2011-12 of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales.

Believes that members of the Board of Community Health Councils are best placed to appoint their Chair, rather than Welsh Ministers.

Calls on the Welsh Government to clarify guidance on the role of Community Health Councils in providing the ‘patients’ voice’ in the process of service reconfiguration.
